Certified SoulFit Coach
By the end of the 6 months, you graduate as a Certified SoulFit Coach (CSC), equipped to work across four pillars with your clients' body, mind, energy and spirit as one integrated practice, instead of staying confined to just one lens.
Physically Fit
The practical foundations: anatomy, fitness programming, biomechanics, fascia, so you can coach the body with real technical grounding.
Mindset Fit
The internal work: neuroscience fundamentals, belief and identity work, trauma-informed coaching, so you can hold a client's inner world safely and skilfully.
Energetically Fit
Chakra and meridian systems, breathwork, and life-force dynamics, the energetic layer most coaching leaves out entirely.
Spiritually Fit
Bringing spirituality into your coaching with skill and neutrality, because every client's relationship to it is different, and this teaches you to meet them there.
