My journey began in the fitness industry back in 1989, and since then, I have continued to grow and dive deeper into various areas of study, including anatomy, mindset, metaphysics, ancient yogic teachings, and more.
I am constantly exploring new portals of knowledge and expanding my toolkit, which now includes Biohacking, Youngering, and Human Potential Coaching.
These tools have aided me in times of challenge. From eating disorders, abusive relationships, low self-esteem and solo parenting, to an empowered life enjoying amazing relationships with my family and clients alike.
I get to spend every day doing what I love. I travel and offer retreats both here in New Zealand, as well as in wonderful locations such as Bali. I present my findings and teachings at workshops and teacher training forums, and I feel as fit, if not more fit than ever, as I journey through my 50s.
